  If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Purchasing wine from Beechwood/Budget Bottle has been the worst buying experience I've ever had, EVER. I wish I would’ve read these reviews before ordering. I specifically ordered a case of wine because they said they had it, and I couldn't find it anywhere else. After 4 weeks of waiting, and several calls resulting in rude, aggressive responses, I received the package only to find the WRONG wine inside! (I also selected NO SUBSTITUTIONS). Furthermore, the manager tried to convince me this was a better wine, more expensive, etc.....such BS. Now I have to take time out of my day to ship it back. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! And unless you like being dicked around or yelled at, I suggest you AVOID this store.
